My mother inquired about hearing aids and asked for a copy of her audiogram which Melinda said she would have to charge for. Never have I heard such a thing Marshfield clinic asked us if my mother would like a copy, never once asking for additional payment. Also Melinda O'Meara belittled my mother for being upset and calling to inquire once again about her consultation. The manner in which you treat you customers speaks volumes about the type of business you conduct.
