  I can't say enough about Home Instead. In early May we were in a health crisis mode with my mother. They responded quickly with staffing that took care of all of her needs. Staff was very professional, personable and genuinely cared for her well being. As time progressed they were very responsive and flexible with scheduling as Mom's condition improved and she required less support. Now she is back to her regular life in assisted living and could not have done it without Home Instead. Thank you so much!

  We used Home Instead in Eau Claire for about 4 months for my elderly mother. Care givers started out with visits to clean, check in on my mom, and help with small tasks. When my mom suddenly deteriorated, Home Instead became a vital part of our planning as I am currently living overseas. Stephanie and Michelle worked closely with us to help us monitor my mom, get her to appointments, daily tasks, and track her groceries. We were able to keep her in her own home for a much longer time thanks to their excellent communication, flexibility, and compassion. I can not express my gratitude for the team at Home Instead enough- they made an incredibly stressful time much more bearable and kept my mom safe and happy. We loved working with Gabbi and will already miss our interactions with her. I highly recommend this company and you would be lucky to get Gabbi as a caregiver for your loved one.
