  Don’t go here! It happened to me and now my husband. They coded bill wrong so insurance won’t pay. I called 5 times and waited on hold forever. Called billing. Called insurance. They never did resubmit it with correct codes as a regular eye exam. Which it was! An $800 dollar bill is insane. We will never come here again. And now they turned it to collections. Even though we called multiple times and they never did it correct. No one has time for this and the customer service is nonexistent. It’s robbery! And my new place said all the concerns this place said isn’t true. So are they making up things just to charge insane amounts to people. It’s so disappointing.

  The eye doctors are fine, but SSM Health Davis Duehr Dean in Dodgeville is one of the worst health service companies I've ever had to deal with. The ineptitude of the administrative and billing staff is beyond my comprehension. If you reside in SW WI, I strongly recommend looking for another provider for your eye-related needs.

  Made an appointment to have lenses inserted into existing frames. Amy had prescription and insurance coverages ready for discussion. Very professional and pleasant meeting.

  Dr rickles did a fantastic job on my eye exam. I have keratoconus and he is the first eye doctor to get my prescription right in my ENTIRE life. Will be coming back.
