The specialist stated to my wife and I that he’d be following up with me, after being in his office nearly 1.5 hours, and then his office computer had issues that he claimed he didn’t know what was going on. He assured me he’d call for a follow up and have me then come to his Madison office which he was confident the computer worked…sad excuse. Needless to say I never received any follow up calls, or by mail. Shameful.
