  My repair could have been done over the phone & not have a service man & cost. All that was wrong was that a safety switch on the footrest had to be reset.

  One to One Mobility is awesome! Everytime we have questions or equipment needs Donna is there to assist us with answers, recommendations and the right equipment to help us. We had a warranty issue a couple months back and it too was taken care of with no hassles. Thank you, Donna and One-to-One.

  My mother-in-law has serious mobility issues, and while se can still go up and down stairs it's not easy for her. We decided getting a stair lift was the best course of action to make her life easier and more convenient in our home. We met with multiple companies including 101 to get pricing and just a better understanding of installing a lift. One company was rude after I said we are just getting quotes. 101 and the other company were nice, but Donna and her son from 101 just seemed to be more invested in the outcome of the lift and not just acquiring our business. My mother-in-law liked them a lot as people and felt they actually cared about what this meant to her and I agreed. They were amazing in explaining the process, what the lift would look like, the ease of use, and the maintenance. The installers were amazing too. Super-fast and efficient and just so professional. If I can say anything about them that would make you choose 101 it would be this: You're not a customer to 101. You're not an increase to their profit margins. You are a person in need of help and they want to make your life better. Since the installation, my mother-in-law has more energy to do things around the house and go out of the house as well. She doesn't have to worry about outside trips and being too tired to go upstairs when she gets home anymore. She can go to her grandson's baseball games again. She can go shopping with her daughter again. She can go out to brunch with her friends again. I know it sounds crazy, but going up two flights of stairs is extremely difficult and takes a lot out of her. She can now go up and down without worrying about falling or running out of energy. The stairlift is that reason, but 101 is who provided the information and resources to make the stairlift possible. Thank you.

  Finding the right stair lift and getting it installed was quick and easy. 101 Mobility helped me evaluate my options and there was NO sales pressure! All the 101 employees were friendly and caring. And I am safer in my home. Thanks 101 Mobility!
