I found Dr Cassie and Diana were extremely comfortable to be around and I received excellent suggestions as to what to do with my discomfort. I look forward to contacting them again in 2 weeks.

The staff are all great, I’ve been coming to see Dr Leilani for years. I’ve never had a bad experience as a patient. As a customer, on the other hand, some recent changes have me concerned. I called to make appointments for my family. It should have taken 15 minutes. My call was taken by their new AI agent. After 20 minutes of repeating the same information over and over again, I gave up in frustration, having made just two of the four appointments I needed to. I later received a text message about the other two, which asked the same questions, but was much less irritating in text format. So fine, annoyed, but the scheduling was done.
But no! Over the next day and a half I’ve been on the phone four times with actual human staff who have had to call to correct the things the AI screwed up. So I suppose those jobs are safe for now, but one phone call that should have taken 15 minutes ended up as 5 phone calls and a text thread that took who knows how long.
Also they really do push the most expensive treatments for things, make sure you ask what’s really necessary and have a good grasp on what your insurance will and will not cover.

Had the most professional and curtsy of a crown in my life. No pain and bite helper was wonderful. Every step explained and made for a wonderful experience.
Delafield Dental is a well-run, efficient and caring operation. Everyone from the reception desk, to the dentists, the hygienists, and the billing department all are so pleasant and helpful. Wait times are minimal and you can tell these folks really care about their patients. We've had nothing but great experiences there and I truly look forward to my next appointment.

First, the staff are all wonderful. However, a routine cleaning was booked as an evaluation. Then the doctor referred me right away to another doctor in practice who does restorative work. Even though I have been to a dentist every six months for my entire life, had braces as a child, and have taken very good care of my teeth, but because of age, grinding etc, I had so many micro fractures and wear, that he needed to have me seen by their restorative specialist. So I learned all of this information without getting my teeth cleaned. There was no definitive plan to address anything that was an immediate important issue like a cavity. I see their restorative dentist who takes pictures and then has me come back for the most extreme sales pitch. When they started it by saying they’re not doing a sales pitch, you know it’s a sales pitch. $50,000. Not covered by my dental insurance. I feel like they’re trying to capitalize on a lot of of the late country wealth that we have around us here. By trying to upsell us, these perfect smiles for a tremendous out-of-pocket cost, but not actually providing just basic dental hygiene and dental care that people really need. The only reason I went here was because my dentist that I saw for 15 years was no longer taking my insurance. If it weren’t for that, I would’ve stayed with her. I will continue my search to find another practice. I wasted nine months with no dental cleaning and a ridiculous upsell.
