He always takes his time, explains things thoroughly, and makes me feel very comfortable. I also had an amazing experience with the optician, Josh, he was extremely polite, humble, and patient, especially when I had some issues with my insurance. He walked me through different lens options and truly went above and beyond. Highly recommend!
