I have been waiting for a doctor’s note from them for 20days now I called twice and it was never sent to me. Great doctor but his administration needs to do better. I have been experiencing migraines at work and I needed a doctor’s note. I even attached a form that just needed to be filled and I literally had to keep calling. So disappointed.

Theyre great at answering questions from vision problems, to insurance payments and even help you pick out frames. I always feel welcomed and heard at my appointments.
