I called them after a surprise bill that I considered excessive and didn't take her Medicare plan, all information that I thought should have been presented beforehand. At the time I gave them specific instructions to no longer provide her that service. But, somehow low and behold they just did it again against my wishes. Fast forward to his administrative staff calling to collect on the bill, which I refused to pay. I explained my stance and it wouldn't be a concern any longer as my Mother recently passed away. The wicked witch of a person quickly responded, "Thank GOD, we won't have to deal with a terrible person like you." Then of course she very quickly just hung up as low quality people like her do. Easily grounds for dismissal in my book Dr Fischer!
