  My eye doctor and her staff get a five star but dealing with ordering glasses person was terrible. She's rude and hurried even though I was the only one there. She gave me a time frame on when the glasses would be ready and failed to call when they were in, prompting me to call her. The phone was not answered during working hours and I kept waiting on hold for the next available person as instructed. I stayed on hold multiple times up to an hour. No way to leave a message I had to call again after hours to leave a message. Very unprofessional. Again, I will continue with my doctor but will in the future take my prescription elsewhere

  I have been coming for years to Davis Duehr Dean. Laurie and Dr. Blavat are amazing. I know, I am in the best hands when being helped by them. I have had other optometry staff from Davis Duehr Dean recommend frames and assist me but they have never done as good of job as Laurie. Last month I picked up my new frames and a different lady didn't even fit my frames to my face. I was getting headaches and my lens were blurry. Laurie resolved my issues immediately!

  Got new glasses which I have been avoiding getting hate my eye glass strength and picking out a style that hides it the most. Laurie that works in the optical department was amazing. Took the time with me to pick out a style that really works forfor me, I felt so listened to about my concerns we really discussed what I was looking for in a pair of glasses. Laurie was so informative with new options with lens products and knowing style eye glasses for my face and personality. For the first time ever I was actually excited to pick up my pair of glasses. THANK YOU SOOO MUCH LAURIE!!
