When they’ve actually shown up, they’re full of excuses (wrong address, delayed with another patient, etc.) and zero solutions are provided to the family by the office, just empty apologies and agreements to refund. Refund what? There shouldn’t be a charge for no services provided! Absolutely unacceptable way to run a business that has people depending on their reliability.
