Communication with me as lead family contact has been excellent. My request that new care pros receive individualized hands on training to specialized care needs has been implemented. The team caring for our loved one are attentive, engaging & kind.

There was difficulty with people being paid on time (from the office) though they had my $ on time. People were scheduled all around and arrived late because they were not given enough time to drive to another appointment. People who worked for this company were very courteous but needed lots of direction, especially if you have different helpers. I have had home instead three times. I noticed how different it was this time and how much the cost went up. L. BRANDENBURG
