  Completely unreliable. Gretchen is wonderful but the caregiver they’ve sent out has been late or no showed 100% of the time (3 times out of 3.) When they’ve actually shown up, they’re full of excuses (wrong address, delayed with another patient, etc.) and zero solutions are provided to the family by the office, just empty apologies and agreements to refund. Refund what? There shouldn’t be a charge for no services provided! Absolutely unacceptable way to run a business that has people depending on their reliability.

  After 3 years with periodic coverage issues & inconsistent care giver quality, the past 6 months have been a 5. Communication with me as lead family contact has been excellent. My request that new care pros receive individualized hands on training to specialized care needs has been implemented. The team caring for our loved one are attentive, engaging & kind.

  At first, difficulty maintaining staffing and knowing when to come. There was difficulty with people being paid on time (from the office) though they had my $ on time. People were scheduled all around and arrived late because they were not given enough time to drive to another appointment. People who worked for this company were very courteous but needed lots of direction, especially if you have different helpers. I have had home instead three times. I noticed how different it was this time and how much the cost went up. L. BRANDENBURG
