    I have tried for over 8 months to work with Pearl Vision on an issue I’m having with both my sunglasses and regular pair. To begin I had the exam and albeit my eyesight wasn’t terrible a pair with the readers and then for driving was helpful. I ordered a pair of sunglasses and regular both with the readers on the bottom l, fading into normal and n distance on top for driving. When I first got them I became a bit sick to my stomach so the store said wear them for short periods of time until you get used to them. A month later I went in and said I didn’t think the script was right and maybe that’s why I was getting nauseous. They said they would leave a message for the ophthalmologist to call me. I never heard anything. Several weeks later I called in to inquire again and they apologized and said they would have someone call me back. Again nothing. I went in a month later or so… My schedule with four children and work is a bit busy so I don’t have a lot of free time to drive 45 minutes one way in hopes of having someone work with me. That said they took A look at the glasses and said that they don’t fit on my face correctly and that is likely why the script feels incorrect. After almost an hour of waiting in between other clients for them to adjust the arms of the glasses to fit my face they still were not. They suggested I leave them there and they would call me when they were finished. Came back in to pick them up and they were worse fitting than what they originally were. Gentlemen behind the counter told me that they should’ve never sold the sunglasses nor regular glasses to me because the arms were simply too long for my face and he wasn’t sure if they would be able to be adjusted. Please keep in mind I paid almost $800 for both of these. I left them there again. When I came back to pick them up they were both so Conte That they wouldn’t even sit on my face anymore. I am beyond frustrated. Keep in mind that I have tried to contact corporate and ask for assistance throughout this entire process of which I never Received a response via email, phone nor to an online complaint. I’m hoping that someone at their company will care enough to reach out and fix this problem. If not, social media is likely my only option so no one else gets ripped off.
