I would request that staff be trained to immediately offer an estimated delivery date. I had to ask, and every customer I saw had to ask. Someone even had to come back in the store after leaving; her parent insisted she find out. I also had to ask pricing difference and didn't see final pricing till after I paid. I think that should be reviewed before walking to the checkout desk. Thank you for the opportunity to share this!
