  I can’t recommend Home Instead enough. They have been providing care and in home support for my elderly mom with Alzheimer’s for the last year. We have been very happy with the caregivers. I could give you so many examples how they develop a personal relationship with their clients and they really care. Recently, we had a crisis where we needed to increase care to 12 hours a day with 2 days notice. The director personally guided our family through this crisis and pulled his team together to help us. He gave daily calls with support, direction and advice. I have no doubt all of his families would get this treatment.

  Taking time to publicly recommend this agency’s administrators and caregivers for anyone seeking quality and genuine supportive home care services. Their level of commitment and professionalism in the oversight and admin of my mom’s home supportive care services has been nothing short of superior excellence for over three years. Mom is 85 years old and recently moved to Assisted Living. She initially required help with laundry and lite cleaning, but as her level of care needs increased over time, Home Instead BD was there every step of the way. We are profoundly grateful to all of the members of the team for the amazing efforts put forth on behalf of Mom and her out of state family members felt a most genuine sense of peace knowing they could rely on the invested caregivers. She was able to enjoy and remain in her beloved independent living apartment at Park Hill for a very long time, far beyond what is imaginable given her age and physical condition, primarily because of Home Instead Beaver Dam. We wish them continued success on the path of doing God’s work serving the elderly and disabled population in Dodge County and offer our highest referral regards to any family who seeks these essential quality of life services.
