    I had a deeply disappointing experience with this occupational therapy department. During the last month of my care here my OT gave me one prognosis, but she then reported something completely different to my doctor—without any explanation or clarification. This misleading and contradictory information led to an abrupt and premature end to the care I genuinely needed. To make matters worse, the therapist tried to use progress measurements to justify ending treatment, even though she was unable to treat nearly 60% of the affected area during that time. Using incomplete data to draw conclusions about my recovery was not only inappropriate but misleading—true progress simply couldn’t be accurately assessed under those conditions. I later followed up with my orthopedic surgeon, who disagreed with her assessment and recommended that I continue treatment elsewhere. His evaluation confirmed that I still required care. When I brought all of this to the attention of the clinic’s leadership, they showed no interest in addressing it or holding the therapist accountable. The lack of professionalism, transparency, and integrity caused me significant stress and inconvenience. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this provider to anyone seeking honest and consistent care.

    I wouldn't even give 1 star if that were an option! My daughter has had an appointment for over a month! Which they just left a voicemail stating a day and time. It's almost impossible to get ahold of anyone there because no one answers the phone so you play phone tag for days leaving voicemails back and forth. My daughter's appointment is supposed to be in an hour. I got a voicemail yesterday saying that they don't accept her secondary insurance. Yesterday!! The appointment has been made for weeks and they told me yesterday!!! I called the main number yesterday and left a message, I called the woman named Mary this morning who left the voicemail and NOTHING! No call back! My daughter is disabled and needs PT and OT! Now instead of finding somewhere that does accept her insurance, I've wasted WEEKS waiting for this appointment!!! I better not get a bill for a missed appointment! This is so wrong!!

    Terrible I’ve been to physical therapy before and had good results. This was my experience, initial consultation. Bend forward, bend back, bend side to side. Told me to do and exercise turned and typed then asked how many did you do. Briefly showed me two more exercises each time barely watched me do it once then turned and typed. With that said they wanted me three more weeks twice a week. Not spread out at all just one day between. Which I didn’t do because of my prior experience with physical therapy. The subsequent visit weren’t as good as the awful first visit. During these visits I saw the assistant who showed me a few exercises never standing. The only time she stood up was to take me in or to another room. It’s a good thing I read the sheets so I could see the exercises done right. I kept telling them my PA sent me because I would get ultra sound they ignored me. I also tried to find out what I was being charged they would not tell me. I called the transparency in pricing number they gave me and they wouldn’t tell me. What they did do was transfer me to different departments. The last person I talked informed me if I was not being nice. I informed her I was calling my insurance company about the terrible care I received and their unwillingness to tell me what I was being charged. She hung up on me the next day I called my insurance company and told them exactly what happened. They are filling a complaint.

    Through 5 different rehab facilities, I've never left an appointment feeling better after each visit than like I have from here. The therapists each have their own unique manner in which they treat you and how they go about it. Although they are no longer in my network, I still check to see if insurance would give me an exception. These therapists are the hood
