  Spent a quite a bit of time with Kari today picking out some new, very expensive glasses. She took the time to listen to what I wanted & went way out of her way to help me with suggestions, thank you. Also very friendly, we chatted about stuff, making me feel very comfortable. I will definitely go back to her.

  I was extremely dissatisfied with my experience. The optometrist did not see me until over a half hour past my scheduled appointment time. The optical center workers were rude and talked down to me. The whole time I was browsing frames, the workers were loudly complaining to each other about patients they found annoying.

  The exam and dr were fine. But at the end, to get a new prescription, is when my complaint starts. First of all, every person working was sitting in the office chit chatting. So I'm standing there waiting, finally I go up to someone and they tell me to have a seat. About 5 minutes later someone finally helps me. This appointment was on December 13th. Never got a call saying my prescription was ready for pick up. I finally call on Jan 6th to find out what's going on. The lady on the phone didnt sound enthused about me calling. Apparently the glasses have been ready since December 23rd. The number they had on file for me was wrong and has never been my number. I wont be going here again
