  My review is for the hospice team specifically, we’ve had such a positive experience with them. They have been responsive, helpful, caring, kind, and have gone out of their way to help me and my loved one. All of the nurses we’ve interacted with have been wonderful - Morgan, Daelan, Cassidy, and many others. Laura, Ryan, and Cara the social workers went out of their way to help me in a time of crisis. Katie the volunteer coordinator and Alan the volunteer have been a godsend more than once donating their valuable time to help us. I live out of state and would not have been able to return home if I wasn’t able to leave my loved one in the capable and caring hands of the people listed above. During an emotional and extremely scary time with my loved one’s health, they each contributed solid ground for me to stand on providing resources, a listening ear, and expert health care. Thank you all so much 🩷

  Trying to order CPAP supplies is almost impossible. You can never get anyone on the phone without being on hold for several minutes. SSM use to be a great facility, no longer is it, especially for supplies.

  Least helpful people in the world. I was in the dells for a week and realized I did not have the elbow for my CPAP. I called SSM and they have it; however, they were unwilling to call my insurance and offered to sell it to me for $340. I asked if I could borrow one on a floor demo and bring it back in a few days. Of course that was a no - after a long discussion they indicated I would also need a prescription and would have to pay the $340. Thank God for Amazon. No prescription - $41, delivered the next day to the hotel. Maybe SSM Health could take some customer service lessons, learn how to communicate with customers, learn how to call insurance companies and learn how to creatively help people. I would recommend everyone check Amazon. No script for CPAP cushions. Same price as I pay out of pocket. Essentially every home health bills your insurance for hundreds of dollars and then collects a copay from each person. Just pay the same and have it delivered to your door.
