- HIHome Helpers Property Care Inc.Jan 29, 20261.0I had a membership and was excited to use it. The facility is in fact good. I found out that unfortunately they don't keep good business hours. They closed most days at 7pm and if you work late you can't fit in a workout. So, I cancelled my membership. They then charged me for an extra month. I spoke with them, they admitted their mistake and said they'd give me a refund. No refund came. I've emailed, called, talked in person. Nobody there seems to be able to do the simple task of issuing a refund. Still no refund. They're literally incompetent in many ways unfortunately. Be wary.
