- JJJesseFeb 10, 20261.0I came in here to get some new glasses. The lady at the desk seemed very rude and I didn't want to deal with it so I decided to come back a different day. So then I come back a few days later and told them my situation where they had to get an override for my insurance. At first they were like it was denied but I told them that they needed to call them and I had a case number. The lady called and it went through no surprise. My glasses were ready within 30 minutes so I go back and nobody acknowledges me when I come in so I wait because there's a bunch of people waiting as well. 30 minutes go by and I had enough so then I talked to to a lady that was free and asked her if I could just get my glasses. Terrible customer service and overall professionalism. I will never go back to this place again
