    I am great full to Miracle Ear and Karen and the Ashland office for helping me hear again. The experience was truly amazing. She helped me feel comfortable throughout all the testing process, she showed where my hearing was deficient and explained which hearing aides would be best for me. Following the arrival of my hearing aides she adjusted the fit, set them to my hearing needs and made sure I was comfortable with their wear and operation. She continues to be helpful through the followup process. As for the hearing aides themselves, I could not be any more pleased with how they are working. The other day I was at home standing outside listening to the birds singing, I turned of the hearing aides and I could not longer hear the birds, I have been astounded as I realize all that I had been missing. Thank you miracle ear and Karen for reopening my world of hearing.

    The staff here is wonderful to work with! With my new hearing aides, I can enjoy music again, since I can actually hear the words!! When Im in a crowd of people, I can turn my head one way and hear that conversation - then turn my head the other - and her yet another one! LOVE my new Hearing Aides.

    No one really wants to get hearing aides, but if you can't hear and your family and friends are repeating themselves, you may really NEED to get them. If so, then Miracle Ear in Ashland is the place to go. I highly recommend them! Karen Kowalczyk, really cares about your ear health and explained what was happening to my hearing and my options that would greatly improve my hearing. She answered all my questions, adjusted the hearing aids until they work perfectly. She followed up within a week and fine tuned them again. Now that's what I call high quality service! Thank you, Karen. My family thanks you too.
