  I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Jumes! I was referred to Dr. Jumes after my first doctor attempted and failed miserably with my gum grafting surgery. Dr. Jumes knowledge and skills are the BEST out there! He can take on difficult cases and produce OUTSTANDING results! He and his dental assistant Heidi made me feel so at ease through all steps of my procedure. On a scale of 1 to 10, they are an 11!

  The staff made me feel so comfortable during my procedure and Dr. Jumes answered all of my questions and made everything clear on what he was doing. He also came in on a holiday and took great care of me and reassured me of the work that was being done to fix a suture I had ripped. Highly recommend Dr. Jumes and his team.

  I haven't even begun to have work done and I'm so upset with the office staff I don't know what to do. I set up a "just a consolation" with the understanding it was a consolation, no charge. When I left I was charged a ridiculous amount. I asked for the office manager to call me, of course no call back. The I get an estimate of the cost and it could be in a foreign language, can't make heads or tells out of what the over $5000.00 they want to change is for. How can you trust the doctor when you can't trust the office staff? Don't know what to do, if I start over with some one else I will be out what they have already over charged me.

  The billing staff at Valley Periodontics are not at all helpful or friendly. I am sorely disappointed with the service I have received from them. My experience there was also fraught with one mistake after another. Will not go back.
