Two people sat in the chair with the worker and each needed two pair of glasses. The woman working (alone)and hard kept a smile on her face. She remained pleasant and calm throughout each of their changes and completed a very long appt with the customers. While myself & others were waiting. Still smiling she handled my order, pleasantly and efficiently, as she still handled phone calls and customer queries. I feel like she deserves a BIG BONUS!! This was before noon and I know she was not taking lunch to accommodate customers! #kudos
