Twice I have called to get the prescription, given the requested 1 business day to get it ready, waited in line for over 20 minutes, and no prescription. Today was "Sorry, your prescription is at our central processing center, It will be here tomorrow" I expected some bumps with the transition, but your business is to fill prescriptions!!
