- CCC CFeb 11, 20233.0They used to be very good but ever since they lost express scripts their service has gotten worse . Last week I asked when a med would be ready and Julie was very rude telling me “ it will be ready when it is ready” and flung my other meds at me. She refused to apologize or help me check my alerts.

They are professionals who care about the customer, their jobs, and each other. They never make you feel rushed nor have they ever displayed impatience with me in the 20+ years I been going there. They are so very helpful, and if they don't know the answer they will research it and get back to you. They are kind, conpassionate, caring, respectful, and professional. They have even sent me get well cards! I love them!
