Each time I go to the store to get my refund, the sales associates cannot figure out how to do it and they tell me there isn’t a manager available to assist. Apparently, it would’ve been an easy resolution had I’ve been given a receipt, but I wasn’t given a receipt. I am extremely disappointed with this particular store. I love the products, but GNC needs to fix this.
