I have a fear of dentists, but not at this place. I can’t recommend highly enough. Will definitely return.

Forest view said they could repair it so they did - and unbeknownst to me the retainer repair fell off right away. Due to this - my two teeth are now crooked and I need Invisalign to fix this. I switched dentists because forest view not only took my money to “fix” the permanent retainer, but would not offer me any help besides making me pay to come into the office for another appointment. I didn’t see the point because I wanted AT LEAST a refund for the retainer repair. I filed a complaint with no response from them because I wanted to resolve this before reviewing online. I now have to pay a lot of money for Invisalign and am also out money from them. Would never recommend - they aren’t taking any accountability.

Not only that, I was paired with a great Dentist and Hygienist. I've been going here for the past 15 years and don't plan to change. I appreciate Dr. Madson's willingness to listen to issues and try to resolve them. Sara is an awesome Hygienist who makes the cleaning process painless. I appreciate both of them.
