- HDHannah dornfeldNov 16, 20251.0I went to forest view for years and everything was fine until my permanent retainer cracked after years of use. Forest view said they could repair it so they did - and unbeknownst to me the retainer repair fell off right away. Due to this - my two teeth are now crooked and I need Invisalign to fix this. I switched dentists because forest view not only took my money to “fix” the permanent retainer, but would not offer me any help besides making me pay to come into the office for another appointment. I didn’t see the point because I wanted AT LEAST a refund for the retainer repair. I filed a complaint with no response from them because I wanted to resolve this before reviewing online. I now have to pay a lot of money for Invisalign and am also out money from them. Would never recommend - they aren’t taking any accountability.

Not only that, I was paired with a great Dentist and Hygienist. I've been going here for the past 15 years and don't plan to change. I appreciate Dr. Madson's willingness to listen to issues and try to resolve them. Sara is an awesome Hygienist who makes the cleaning process painless. I appreciate both of them.

As someone who struggles with anxiety around dental work and has had traumatic experiences with other offices, I felt completely at ease the moment I walked into Forestview. You can instantly tell they truly care about their patients and maintain a positive, compassionate work culture. My consultation for my current dental concerns felt personal and comforting from start to finish. I was even kept company during my short wait for Dr. Flint, which made it feel more like being in someone’s home than at a dentist’s office. When Dr. Flint came in, he was incredibly transparent about all my options, the procedures, and how everything would work. The team also took time to clearly go over payment options, with no surprises and complete openness. I honestly feel 100% comfortable making Forestview my permanent dental office.
