Please note, they remind you to check in when you arrive so you’re serviced in order of attendance. They were quickly able to get my insurance information to pull up and get my order placed. They typically will take the glasses off the shelf to get you your 1 hour service but will allow you to order in the glasses if in stock and deliver within a few weeks. They aren’t pushy to upgrade services and make you feel happy when you leave.

Great customer service, great on when my glasses were done, the optical for eye exams were amazing. Pick your glasses out with the help of their highly trained staff, & pick them up about an hour later. WOW! But that's not even the best part. Even though they are always super busy, you would never know it because when it's your turn, you have their "one on one" attention, & it is all eyes on the customer. And my most favorite of all is when John is the person who takes care of my eye wear needs. He is so friendly & smiles & makes eye contact with his customers, even thought he is sooooooo busy. Thank you!
