  Jordan was great to work with and worked to get the best bang for my buck. Extremely smooth process, great knowledge, professionalism, and friendly. I went to Eyemart for years and decided to try a couple other places and found I was paying a lot more for the same product and waiting much longer to get in and longer to get my glasses. I highly recommend Eyemart.

  If I could only remember her, she keep me laughing, smiling, with great service even help me pick out frams, with an honest opinion about them, which I liked. I've been a lot of places and her customer service was the best I've seen in 2026. I would recommend Eyemart Express in Appleton because of her customer service. She made me feel good about my choices. Thank you very much.

  Very fast, friendly and all charges easily explained. Jordan who helped us was so nice, helpful and knew her stuff. Got 2 pair of glasses (reading and driving) custom made within in less than an hour. Would recommend and will use them again,

  I’m so pleased with the service that I found Eye Mart on google specifically to compliment them. I broke my glasses last night and freaked out because they are my only pair. I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to get glasses same day or very quick at all. To my surprise I was in and out in 3 minutes. My frames were under warranty. They popped my lenses in and that was that. $0 cost. Highly recommend this business. This was the Appleton, WI location and the employee who helped me was extremely kind.

  Great selection, reasonable prices, progressive lenses were crafted perfectly. They take my EyeMed insurance. Don’t let the older-building exterior deter you… some modern and beautiful frames offered inside. I also love the “refills for life” on the lens cleaner I bought. Good service. I’d looked for frames at several optical shops: WalMart, Shopko, Target, America’s Best. Glad I went with Eyemart Express.
