I called your office while I was on my way driving in from Waupaca to my appointment and was told I wasn't listed in the book. Kathryn, her associate and Dr. Clark worked their magic to fit me in and took excellent care of me with my needed cataract surgery follow-up, some needed tests and an eye exam. Most importantly, Kathryn took time to assist me in finding a Pearle Vision retail location in Clearwater, FL (I recently moved there from Waupaca) where my new lenses could be shipped and installed into my existing "Silhouette" frames. Kathryn's customer service skills are exceptional, she was patient, kind, friendly, compassionate and made certain all my vision needs were satisfied before I departed the office/store. Kathryn phoned me the next day to confirm pricing of my new lenses and to verify she had again spoken to Pearle Vision in Clearwater to double check that things were set on their end. In my opinion, Kathryn went far beyond ordinary customer service skills and should be recognized for her efforts! When it comes to eye care, there are lots of choices. However, thanks to Kathryn going the extra mile, I will continue on as a Pearle Vision client in Florida. Clifford Coenen
