Let alone dentist should not allow a patient to choke on spit and novocaine and say “oooo I thought you’d like the taste”. Left a piece of tooth in her mouth and said “it’ll push itself out” and bruised the heck out of her tongue. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!! 1982?! Is your license up to date?! Shut this place down! Shut her down!

If a provider is hyper focused on arguing with people on google, thats a red flag.
