    Thanks to Debbie, I'm finally hearing again after years of suffering from hearing loss. The process of getting me to an office that could diagnose me with a hearing loss, fit me with hearing aids, and get me to wear them wasn't easy. The first time I walked into Debbie's office, I was very scared. Even though I knew I had a hearing loss, I was afraid of purchasing such an expensive item for fear I wouldn't like it after I was fitted. I knew a lot of elderly people who bought them but didn't wear them. During our conversation, I conveyed my fears to Debbie. When she told me emphatically, "My job is to make you love wearing them," I instantly liked and trusted her. She cares. That was so evident from the onset. Following my initial hearing test, she provided me with a comprehensive summary of the results. After the assessment, she calmed my fears by explaining that I could get fitted with the hearing aids and have a 30-day trial, with no questions asked if I didn't like them. I agreed and she immediately scheduled another appointment to fit the hearing aids. When I got fitted, she set the hearing aids on a lower setting so I could acclimate to the new sounds. With gradual but steady adjustments, she said she would eventually bring my hearing into the normal range. And that is what she did. I got fitted in May 2023 with the new hearing aids. I now wear them all the time, every day. I LOVE THEM! She provides excellent follow-up services, answering all my questions and providing me with a sufficient number of hearing aid domes and wax guard filters every month. Despite her busy schedule, Debbie is always kind and patient. To Debbie, her clients are not numbers, they are people. It is her competence, attentiveness, warmth, and caring that attracts people to her. Debbie's services will be extremely valuable to any organization and to the people it serves.
