  It was my first visit with Yakima Eye Specialists and I was very happy with it. Everyone was pleasant, professional and really easy to talk to. I would highly recommend them!

  It was bothering. I was not real happy with the Dr. An what he said versus the lady that did the exam Will not use this clinic again.

  Can I give les than 1 star? Really I don't ever complain or put people on blast...I know we all have bad days but this place...I will never go back and people need to know! I've gone here for years and I'm getting older, I feel my eyes stained, I work on computer all day, I know when I can't see things and they are blurry. I went for my eye exam so excited to finally get new glasses after a short pause in insurance and what a sheer disappointment. Not once was I able to read the letters clearly, couldn't make them out. Total blur and he told me yeah your eyes are fine we'll just go with your old prescription and maybe tweak it a bit in the middle. I was like what??? It was 430 in the afternoon and I think he was ready to go home. I was told him I have never had an eye exam and not been able to read the letters and your telling me we're done, my eyes are fine and kicking me out? Get this... then I get a $33 bill that my Indians didn't cover for idk what (this has never happened before). When I told them I felt like I needed a new eye exam they refused and said I had to pay the money. I finally just paid it today. When I got my glasses they are as bad as my old ones... now I have to wait again. I will NEVER EVER GO TO THIS BUSINESS AGAIN! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. WHAT KIND OF EYE DR LET'S A PATIENT LEAVE THEIR EYE EXAM WITHOUT BEING ABLE TO READ THE LINES??? GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT NOT HERE!

  Very fast check in, professional and friendly staff. Plus they treat you like a person, not a number very detailed explanation of exam and results. Great place
