Yesterday the store didn't open at 5. They actually relocked the door at 0500. I watched.
Today it did open on time. I went through the self checkout and one deli item had a discount sticker, which prompted customer service.
No one showed up. At all. I stood there for about 10 minutes, was even tempted to call the store to get their attention.
This store is going the way of the store on 5th Ave.
Yuck.

Rude staff. You get treated like a drug addict for calling about your own prescription Then they say they don’t have it Then all of a sudden it gets filled Or they say it won’t be filled for days Even though it’s in the system. The gal that answers the phone in the mornings is completely rude and inconsiderate she went on about how am I getting certain medications being 27 years old, it’s none of her GD business! With this repeated behavior you guys lost 4 customers! Based on the other reviews on here sounds like she needs to look for a new job! How about a corrections officer?

The worst pharmacy in Yakima. Not only are they miserable people behind the counter with absolutely no customer service skills, but they also lie. I went to get my flu vaccination, and the website said walk-ins welcome. When I arrived, the older guy, who was a technician (not a pharmacist), told me I had to make an appointment due to having to take the flu vaccine out of the freezer. That was, in fact, a lie because flu vaccines never go in a freezer. Then today, I made an appointment prior to going in for another vaccine to avoid his lies, and when I arrived (10 min prior to my appointment) again this old man told me it would be awhile before seeing me. I asked why because my appointment was in 10 min, and he rolled his eyes and said we will get to you when we do. This place is absolutely ridiculous, and I would advise anyone that needs a pharmacy go anywhere else.
