- ABApril BrownSep 6, 20241.0Dr Immel was amazing however his office staff, especially Melissa is one of the most unprofessional, unskilled and untruthful receptionists I have ever encountered in a professional business. A simple invoice submission turned into months of poor communication and outright lies! Arguing and not righting a wrong after a new staff member shares information regarding how the previous receptionist was let go and maybe that's why a client was never contacted about a bill that was submitted incorrectly, was the first lie! Next was lying about submitting invoices to the CORRECT insurance company. Then lying about information she claimed the insurance company relayed to her when those conversations are recorded! Submitted insurance claims is not hard! Requesting the client get you a direct number to an insurance agent is ridiculous. Lying to a client to cover up your lack of follow through is ridiculous. Failing to communicate and threatening to turn a client into collection because you get called out is ridiculous! Unfortunately one staff like Melissa will change a good doctors reputation.

But after both visits (cleaning and fillings), I can quite confidently say that I'll be happy to return for my next cleaning appointment.
