I say almost because I'm sure their insoles and footwear have helped other people before, but the prices are outrageous. They charged me 2500 for 4 inserts and some other random things and they don't do any returns. Instead, they have you come in and get "re-fitted" over and over. So you're paying a huge amount of money for something that may or may not work. The insoles are not custom even though they try to give you the illusion they are by taking your footprint. Instead it's just a variety of pre-made plastic insoles they swap in and out. The staff are salespeople, not medically trained. They don't mention the re-fitting return policy upfront, instead it's in the fine print on your receipt. I went into the store with zero expectations and having done no research which is exactly the kind of sucker they're looking for. Save yourself some time, money and stress, go to a real foot doctor instead and get some actual custom insoles for 1/5 the cost.
