I enjoyed how they were professional and on top of everything. The clinic was clean and I noticed that the staff cleaned the glasses on display so that was a plus. Summit Family Eye Care let me wait in the waiting area for my ride without questions. I definitely will go back and I would recommend this clinic to my friends and people I run into.

- FSFardos SafiDec 11, 20251.0The eye dr we had “which I think is the only one there” was very rude and not welcoming and I didn’t feel comfortable at all! he didn’t even explain to me anything about my sons case he was just whispering with the nurse about him and didn’t even bother to tell me anything and just walked out only because my little daughter was being fussy! I had to keep asking the nurse which also briefly answered all my questions! Definitely not coming back

The doctor however did not introduce himself and appeared put out when asked his name. He did not answer direct questions rather gave a rambling response, when he chose to respond. When he responded he seemed bothered having to do so as noted by his brisk speech. He appeared unable or unwilling to determine the correct strength of the eye prescription and could only base the prescription on the previous prescription from another doctor. I regret having wasted my insurance benefits on this eye doctor. I felt he was very unprofessional due to his behavior, as if I forced him to be present when he did not want to be. I would NOT recommend this eye doctor until he learns how to speak to and treat all of his paying customers with dignity and respect.
