- DDDavidMar 24, 20261.0Dr. Tsen is great. I followed him to Woodinville after the Bothell location shut down. But the hygienist ruined it all. On one appt, Dr. Tsen didn't even come to check on me after my visit - well then what's point of me driving out my way to Woodinville when the Kirkland location is closer? And then on a later visit...the hygienist handed me some brown plastic thing about the size of an index card with a stylus and asked me to sign my name. I did so but couldn't see what I was signing. The hygienist then said the signature doesn't show on that thing, that's just where you sign. I repeated something like, "Yeah, but I don't know what I'm signing." She said something like, "I'll put it on the screen." Then I could see my signature on a monitor in front of me. But she still missed the entire point. I wasn't saying I couldn't see my signature - I was saying I couldn't see WHAT I WAS SIGNING. In principle, this is exactly the same as someone handing you a paper document and covering up the whole thing except for the signature line. HELLO. Do I really need to ask to see what I'm signing?????????????????? Unprofessional. Major let down. I'll still use Gentle Dental, but will no longer go out of my way to go to this location.
