Pharmacy technicians are extremely rude horrible customer service and refuse to sell legal items to sell without a prescription discrimination is strong here. I do not recommend using this pharmacy for any reason.

My husband needed his prescriptions filled, we thought they had transferred here but couldn’t figure out why they hadn’t after we called and he wasn’t on file. One of the pharmacists went above and beyond to call his medical office (which gave the run-around and said he had no refills left - untrue), and then call the pharmacy they had been sent to. His original Rite Aid pharmacy closed which resulted in his prescriptions being sent to CVS, an out-of-network pharmacy for us. This Safeway pharmacist called the CVS, had the prescriptions transferred here properly, and let us know they’d be filled the next day. He really helped sort out the confusion and get these prescriptions to the right place. Thank you!!

Staff are always polite and helpful. 1 star deducted for the phone issues, but I blame corporate and not the pharmacy staff for that. I appreciate that refills through text work great. And of course being able to grab your groceries too is really convenient. I've also had great experiences with their vaccinations, easy to schedule on the website, in and out!

This pharmacy is terrible. They never have my medication in stock in spite of my having a long-standing prescription and they recently messed up the dating of my last pickup forcing me to be without for 12 days which is completely unacceptable. They actually logged my pickup date incorrectly and will not answer their phones or respond to voicemails. Very unprofessional. I am looking for a new pharmacy even though this one is closest to my home
