One of the pharmacists went above and beyond to call his medical office (which gave the run-around and said he had no refills left - untrue), and then call the pharmacy they had been sent to. His original Rite Aid pharmacy closed which resulted in his prescriptions being sent to CVS, an out-of-network pharmacy for us. This Safeway pharmacist called the CVS, had the prescriptions transferred here properly, and let us know they’d be filled the next day. He really helped sort out the confusion and get these prescriptions to the right place. Thank you!!
