One of the pharmacists went above and beyond to call his medical office (which gave the run-around and said he had no refills left - untrue), and then call the pharmacy they had been sent to. His original Rite Aid pharmacy closed which resulted in his prescriptions being sent to CVS, an out-of-network pharmacy for us. This Safeway pharmacist called the CVS, had the prescriptions transferred here properly, and let us know they’d be filled the next day. He really helped sort out the confusion and get these prescriptions to the right place. Thank you!!

They never have my medication in stock in spite of my having a long-standing prescription and they recently messed up the dating of my last pickup forcing me to be without for 12 days which is completely unacceptable. They actually logged my pickup date incorrectly and will not answer their phones or respond to voicemails. Very unprofessional. I am looking for a new pharmacy even though this one is closest to my home
