I looked around the gym for several minutes and even in the bathroom for one employee to get some help. When I finally stepped around the corner near the back of the counter to see if anyone would come out, Samantha appeared and had quite a rude attitude. She made several threats to me which were completely unwarranted and unnecessary. I’ve been at PF for over 6 years and have always had stellar customer service. I asked for her managers name because she said she could ban me for looking behind the counter. There is no door or sign or anything saying its against policy and i was only trying to look for an employee. She then said “no tanning for you then!” She sent me away with a general contact card for pf woodinville when i specifically asked for a mangers contact info. It was a very disrespectful and regrading experience. Pf woodinville- step up your game. Maybe it would help her out to not be the ONLY employee working… she seemed unhappy too. Take better care of the people in your buildings.
