- KMKelly McDonough-BarnumOct 13, 20251.0Due to an insurance change, after 13 years of being a loyal and extremely satisfied patient/ customer at QFC Pharmacy on 124th in Kirkland, I was forced to change my pharmacy to Haggen in Woodinville to remain in network and the results have been as horrible as I was afraid they would be. At QFC in Kirkland, I experienced over a decade of amazing, accurate, compassionate, highly competent care, and since becoming a FORCED customer of Haggen pharmacy 6 months ago, I’ve had the absolute opposite. Almost entirely negative experiences. Ones that have even been dangerous and required angry phone calls directly from a physician to resolve. Their customer service is abysmal. Their attention to detail and communication is the same. I have to find another solution. Maybe Costco, even it’s way more inconvenient. I’m just saying, if you have the option to go elsewhere, look out for your health and stress level and take it. Run!
