Presenting information in a way that makes sense backed with scientific finding. He does not talk down to you or make you feel stupid and when you dont understand, he finds a way to help you understand. He asks what you want to know so he isn't teaching basic form for pointless reasons but actual things that help hypermobile people function day to day. Whether you take his classes, use his membership, or just message him, his humility shines, and his down to earth energy shows that he isnt in this for money, clout, or other greedy reasons. If youre hypermobile START HERE.

Everyone looks out for one another and the personal training staff are knowledgeable as I've seen trainers at other gyms have a client doing an exercise completely wrong and on their phone, not here. There's also a dog so that's 5 stars alone.

I would definitely join if I was a local. This is one of those rare spots that is simultaneously perfect for meatheads while being welcome to beginners.

I’ve never been a gym person, but here I am, three months into my membership, going to four classes a week and feeling so good about myself. Not to mention I’ve met the kindest, most encouraging people in the classes — such a supportive community. I’m so grateful I found this gym!
