Completely useless pharmacy staff, ignores even the simplest requests, pushes responisiblity to other employees, tells the customer "that's your problem." Listen to the other 1 star reviews, they're very accurate.

I've been coming to these guys for years and they're incredible. Many times I forget to get my meds until after I've run out (I'm working on being better) and if they're filled (many times they are) they have them to me immediately. If they're not filled, they tell me it'll be about 20-30 minutes and when I come back in that time framed they're filled and they're ready for me to grab. Even when they're busy, like that's so insanely kind. When I've been prescribed something that they think is questionable they let me know and inform me of all potential side effects w other meds I take. Honestly, some of the best pharmacy staff I've worked with, even if they change staff (which they're very consistent in retention from what I've seen these past 4 years) they're still amazing in customer service and quality patient care. Thank you to all pharmacists, pharmacy techs, and pharmacy staff, I am grateful for what you do. You make my life as a med taker so much more manageable. Also, thank you for the calls to remind me that my meds are filled, I'm horrible w memory. Just another way you guys provide amazing services <3
