  I have had episodes of depression my whole adult life! I have had anxiety and panic attacks! Nothing was helping, I wasn't living a full and happy and abundant life! Spravato therapy has changed my outlook!! I researched it, read reviews and decided I would go in with an open mind and give this a chance to heal my cPTSD. I recommend this to anyone, but if you don't have an open mind this is not for you. In the Spravato session I feel no depression, no anxiety. I feel at peace. The professionals at Mindful Health are kind and helpful and there is you need them. I am so glad I took the leap and started the healing process!

  I was able to receive TMS treatments for my depression and I was amazed at the change. I feel more engaged with my life now, and the minimal to no side effects part cannot be beat. I feel like my depression is under much better control now and I don’t have to deal with the extra mess of medication now. Also the staff is super friendly and kind and boy howdy do they work with your insurance to make the right treatment happen for you. I could not be more pleased with my experience.

  For years I had a stubborn bout of clinical depression, which affected every aspect of my life. With traditional meds my symptoms would never completely disappear. My depression would not budge. I had read articles about TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) and its success treating persistent depression symptoms like mine. I was beyond thrilled when my nurse practitioner told me TMS treatments are now available right here in Wenatchee through Mindful Health Solutions! Dr. Wertz is a great listener; his experience was quickly evident. We discussed my history, and he determined TMS was right for me. I started TMS treatments, and within 2½ weeks I began to sense the old me coming back again. After just a few more weeks of treatments, I had tapered off my anti-depressant completely. TMS treatments have given me my life back! I am so excited to be moving forward again!   Dr Wertz is in an expert in his field, he is always incredibly thorough and ensures to put the patients needs first. Dr Wertz is easy to work with, and communicates effectively with all involved in treatment
