  Chuck and Karen are always helpful and caring and so accommodating. I count on them regarding my hearing for both myself and my husband and they're always available. Great service. Highly recommend.

  Having struggled with hearing loss since I was in my fifties I finally found lasting solutions with Miracle Ear in Wenatchee. With access to advanced technology Chuck fitted me with aids which enhanced my quality of life . He is always available to make adjustments as needed and to fine tune the aids to enhance my hearing in different settings eg outdoor sports, noisy environments etc. Miracle Ear offers a strong follow up program, annual auditory testing and a relaxed and professional environment. Chuck's assistant Karen is warm , welcoming and efficient. My hearing is not perfect but the world is full of auditory color again from birdsong to the voices of my grand children.   Chuck and Karen are tremendous! They worked with me to get my hearing aids working just right. Both are very pleasant and professional. They give the office a very homey and comfortable atmosphere. I am very satisfied with the service I got from this office.
