Me, my son, and kids' father go here as it's the most conveniently located, with very few adjustments to our medications in the last few years unless it's a slight dosage adjustment to account for childhood growth. This location just seems to be full of people who don't really take their job seriously- correctly and accurately providing medications on time, is a literal life or death industry. They are often really unfriendly or downright disrespectful in tone and language choice. They carry themselves as though their actual goal is to come between you and your life saving or life-changing medication. They will frequently just not fill, several days go by, then finally after a week when there is absolutely no time left to avoid a med gap, you call and they haven't even begun the process of filling, as though they had no idea it got sent in. When you arrive to pick up, they will have actually just filled things partially, with no urgency to complete things as you continue to wait. There were SEVERAL experiences that felt aggressively interrogative in the beginning, as opposed to just asking questions to fulfill their responsibilities. It's really disheartening to continue to have this experience when every other pharmacy or pharmacy chain seems to place importance on detail, accuracy, timeliness, and friendliness. We may change pharmacies, however it's such a hassle once the entire family is already established, and we would probably be told it was a red flag if we tried to change pharmacies anyway. I just hope someone sees this and can maybe implement retraining or something geared toward improvement, in this industry that needs to be taken seriously.

Very rude female pharmacist. Cold and indifferent to my needs. Rude to me and my insurance company when they called for me when my medication was not filled for several days. Do not trust your medication with these uncaring people. Staff needs to be trained or replaced.

I have 1, just one, single prescription medication to keep track of and this pharmacy manages to lose track of it and delete it from their system. It was an anti-glaucoma eye-drop medicine. It's a fairly standard medication to prevent glaucoma. And yet as soon as I wanted that medication transferred to Tallman's Pharmacy, which is here in the same town, (so I wouldn't have to wait in Albertson's 10-15 minute long lines every time I wanted a refill), the Albertsons pharmacists manage to delete the prescription medication from their records and lose it. Now I have to contact my optometrist and see if I can get him to reissue the prescription to my new pharmacy. This will probably cause me to have a gap in my prescription causing my eyes to go un-medicated for a while. A SINGLE prescription is all I have and they managed to LOSE IT right when I wanted it transferred to another pharmacy! Coincidence? In- person an Albertsons pharmacist informed me that the prescription was too old (I only have to get a refill, at most, once a month after all) and so it could not be transferred to another pharmacy because it is no longer in their system, causing there to be nothing to transfer. I honestly don't think this would have happened though if I had not asked for the prescription to be transferred to another pharmacy... The only reasonable interpretation I can draw from this experience is that, at best, Albertsons Savon pharmacy is disorganized and overworked. At worst, well, I just hope they aren't prone to making any mistakes more serious than this.
