  Unprofessional the pharmacy tech in this place.. no manners, don't know customer services..no wonder they got only 3.1 star. if I can possible to give 0 star I can..You better train people that is knowledgeable.

  I transferred from another Safeway due to closure. I choose this location because of the PHENOMENAL Pharmacists, Mychal & Lisa are & I've had the pleasure of getting to know & receiving quite gentle immunizations from. This staff matches the extremely kind, capable, courteous, professional, knowledgeable, friendly & patient (one of them is named Liz) service I've Always received from Mychal & Lisa. ALL of the staff @ 6701 E.Mill Plain Vancouver, WA Pharmacy match the kind of PHENOMENAL customer service that Mychal & Lisa have Always given me in the almost 13 yrs. that I have known them.   The pharmacy has the best and most helpful technicians and pharmacists that I have ever been to! Liz is especially awesome and has been super helpful and friendly every time I come in. I’ve been coming here for years and have had all sorts of issues caused by me or the doctor and everyone at this pharmacy has always been willing to help me solve things. Be kind to others if you want to be treated with kindness!

  Worst Safeway in the greater Clark County area! The staff and workers are rude they are disengaged they won't even look you in the eye. The clientele is about the same and the street people wandering and stealing things blocking the aisles is just disgusting. Tiny, impassable ailses.limted selection. Terrible parking lot

  Staff here are the rudest, most unprofessional, and useless in the entire industry. Its this Safeway in particular, too. Literally every single time I’ve ever come in, some one has messed up my order, lost my prescriptions, or double billed my insurance. This isn’t a matter of lines, or bad customer service, or what have you. This is a matter of consistently having my health put into the hands of people who obviously don’t care. These pharmacists are crooks who will mess with your medication and won’t take any responsibility or put forth any effort to fix the problem. The whole staff needs to be flipped over with people who are well trained and care about the safety of other people. Right now, if you use this pharmacy to fill out medications, you are putting yourself and your family at risk.
