Had an unfortunate experience with vaccines. Rushed to my appointment, waited in line to check for 20 mins only to be told I’d then have to wait an hour for my vaccines because their location only has one employee after 5pm. This doesn’t make sense to offer appointments past 5pm if they can’t staff them. No signage or anything in the store. The pharmacist essentially told me now you know and said I should make an appointment elsewhere that has better staffing.

Rude service. I went to go pick up my prescription, there was guy in front of me already being helped, the lights were dimmed but since she was helping the guy and the store was under construction, I didn’t think much of it. I’m standing in line for maybe a minute or two and as the pharmacist is helping the guys, she looks at me and says something along the lines of “Can you come back later? Our lunch starts at 1:30 pm everyday and I’m already 5 minutes late to take it. You can come back at 2:10.” With the biggest attitude I’ve ever experienced from this pharmacy and the rudest look on her face. I said “okay” and walked away, and then she goes “thanks” with more attitude while rolling her eyes. I wanted to turn around and say “How am I suppose to know when you take your lunch break? And you should be nicer to your customers, i understand your supposed to be on your lunch break, but I wasn’t the one who was keeping you from going on it.” Im not complaining because she didn’t help me or being she was supposed to be on her lunch. Im complaining simply for the fact that she was just simply rude despite that all I had done was walk up to the counter. Do better Savon, and maybe, if you expect your customers to know when you take your lunch everyday, put up a sign and stop being a**holes to your customers.

They are so friendly and kind, they always have my prescriptions ready very quickly. If I am dropping one off I have never waited longer then 20 mins. I just take care of a little shopping and before I know it they are done. I have had several different pharmacys in the past and not one of them compares. This is the longest I have been a customer at one. I can't say enough about how great their service is!! Thank you!
