Was in and out relatively quickly, although I will, say my severe needle phobia wasn't really handled all that well. Started to have an anxiety attack in the lobby and began crying as I sat in the seat. I know my fears are mine to work out and I shouldn't stress others to assist me with it, but a kind conversation and some sort of pleasentry besides "you aren't good with needles are you? want to know what I'm doing?" Would have been nice... other than that, quick work, no pain, and slight bruising in the week after.

Dani the phlebotomist is a rockstar and took such good care of me. I wish everyone could be as wonderful as she. I wish I could come here for my labs every time! Please make her a manager

I did not get an appointment for a simple screening. The kiosk stated that I would only have to wait 30 to 60 minutes. I chose that option and waited 2 hours. Lesson learned: get an appointment.
Staff were very professional and organized.
Nice technician, but was unable to draw blood...used arms and my hand -- NO LUCK As instructed I came in the next morning to try again. The office was closed. I have a flight at 11am, so got to the office at 7:15am. I waited until 7:45 am just in case the tech was coming in anyway. Quest has my phone number, but I never got a call. This is so stressful.
