  Hoy estoy en una mala controversia por este lugar fui antes de mi cita para poder preguntar algunas dudas sobre la cirugía, sobré las fotos o radiografía qué ya se a tomado mi hijo, pero no fui muy bien atendida ya qué no hablo inglés y le dije a mi hijo qué preguntara.... Al último me moleste porqué a fuerzas querían qué hasta qué llegará la cita. Eso me trae muy la cituacio de no resolver nada. Y mi hijo lo saqué de clases y teniendo mucha ambre era su ora de lonche y nada salió muy bien qué mala experiencia lacita era a las 240 pm 01-21-2026.

  Please be aware this office is not in network with any Insurance. Very misleading and website doesn’t mention that. When making the appointment front office said will check my benefits and let me know. Never did. I called same day as my appointment to ask if they were in network provider. The person paused and said “No, we’re not contracted with any provider”. I said please cancel I wanted to see in network provider due to fees being less for my out of pocket. Now I’m getting a bill for broken appointment! Please beware of this. I’ve been working front office in dental since 2006. Protocol has always been to let patients know your office is out of network. There’s a reason he’s not contracted with any insurance. Btw I’m not paying that fee! Might as well write it off. I would give it zero stars if I could. Other people have complained about this also.

  Found googling & reading fantastic reviews - great painless experience pulling a wisdom tooth which is saying a lot considering my dental fears! Also nice, clean office with personable professional staff

  I came here for my first appointment to look into getting an implant. They had to extract a tooth and prep it for an implant. But this was my first visit and as most of you I absolutely hate going to the dentist. I did not come to this appointment knowing all the facts which I should’ve got from my dentist. From the moment I checked in I was what I would call a “bad” patient. I did not understand the payment plan I did not understand what they were going to be doing and I was extremely grumpy to everyone I encountered there. I must’ve put them at least an hour behind schedule. I was embarrassed about my attitude but I did not care enough to try and fake being nice. Every single person I encountered there from the front desk to the billing to the assistant to the doctor, Was incredibly patient and kind no matter how bad my attitude was. I got quite worked up as you can imagine. I had to get roots extracted and my tooth prepped for an implant. And prior to this visit I knew nothing about what they were going to do. I just couldn’t believe how patient they were and no matter how many grumpy questions I asked their attitude was still very nice and they were full of compassion. So my actual appointment started two hours after my appointment but they didn’t make mention of this or anything. But the visit was fine and very painless. And The doctor was very fast. I have never encountered an office with such a compassionate staff. My second visit I encountered the same patient and understanding staff. I dealt with different people yet they all had the same great attitude. And believe me I am never in a good mood when I come to the dentist. So I have to go back for several other appointments but I am not too worried as they have educated me about the wonderful payment plan they offer (which is 0% interest free for 6 months through the Care credit card). I wasn’t even aware that there was a credit card option like Care. Since then I have been able to educate my friends and family regarding this card. It turns out that my regular dentist takes this. Wonder why no one else told me about this as I’ve been seeing the same dentist for about 15 years. Anyway...I don’t usually write reviews (this might be the first) but I just had to since I’ve nevet encountered a staff like this. Like I said I was a horrible patient the first visit. I knew I was being that way but I couldn’t help it. No matter what I was like their entire staff was always so kind. U just don’t find places and people like this very often if ever. So I’ve rambled on but I hope u get the jest. If u have to see an oral surgeon this is the place.
