  I had been experiencing leg discomfort for a while. I scheduled with Inovia for a consultation. They were very professional, helpful, and friendly. I had ultrasounds completed and the technician was professional and made me feel comfortable. Their team submitted my ultrasounds for approval & my insurance approved it. They scheduled me for surgery about 2 months out. I was very nervous at the surgery, but they did a fantastic job keeping me comfortable & the Dr. and assistants answered all my questions patiently and professionally. The surgery went very well & my follow up appointment showed it was successful. It’s been about 3 months since surgery and I feel a lot of relief from the discomfort. Thank you so much, Inovia Team!!! 100% recommend!

  I had bilateral great saphenous vein ablation with sclerotherapy at this vein clinic, and unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. Following the procedure, I developed nerve damage and numbness in both my lower and upper right leg. I was repeatedly reassured that the numbness would go away with time, but it has now been over 8 months with no improvement. Not only is the numbness still present, but I also feel that my concerns were not taken seriously during follow-up visits. I trusted this clinic to provide professional care and clear communication, but I’ve been left with a long-term complication and little support or accountability.

  My experience was horrible! I listened to the Dr. right outside the door, questioning why I was even there and ,"well what does she want me to do?", in a rude and sarcastic tone. My vein history includes extensive vascular surgery in both legs due to a blood clot, and 14 different procedures at Innovia vein in Portland. I was extremely happy with the results from the Portland clinic, but wanted to travel closer to home in Vancouver. When the doctor entered the room, she was rude, seemingly annoyed at why I was there (a 2 year follow up from last procedures), and she immediately started tossing price quotes at me for cosmetic treatments, saying that nothing I needed would be covered by insurance. I left feeling like an idiot, and like it was a COMPLETE waste of time!! I would happily return to the NW Portland clinic, but never to this one! She spent all of 3 minutes with me, AND billed me a fortune for "an office visit"? Would not recommend to anyone!!
