- JSJacob Salomon3 days ago1.0I will update when updates are available during this ongoing internal investigation. I went in for dental checkup, cavity detected and paid for service and scheduled next. Next service, cavity drilled out, filling put in. Paid for service. 4 hours later filling falls out, open tooth, nerve exposed. No oncall available in Vancouver, I wait painfully until monday. I return, same place different dentist. Filling put back in( they say no charge). Have to refer me out for root canal. I go to an endodentist. New exray taken, shows filling was put into my nerve. $400 root canal done and new temp filling, saying I have to go back to gentle to get crown. I feel uncomfortable and ask to speak with a general manger at gentle. No response a week later. Its 8pm on a Friday, all of a sudden I get a text saying I have a balance. I check and says I owe 130$. For what? Next step is to contact someone higher and possibly gather records to settle this. Im AuDHD, its not fair or civil to mess with someone that is challenged already. The pain ive been through and than to further disrespect someone who has been polite this whole entire time even through this amount of pain is sickening. Please be careful of this establishment
